About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Insights Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and enhance overall business performance.
n
You will play a pivotal role in transforming customer, market and commercial insights into actionable strategies that influence key business decisions across marketing, sales, product, digital and customer experience functions.
n

Key Responsibilities

Lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of customer, market, competitor and business performance insights
n
Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities and strategic risks
n
Translate complex data and research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
n
Drive insight-led decision making across multiple business functions
n
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise go-to-market strategies, customer journeys and growth initiatives
n
Develop compelling business cases to support investment, prioritisation and resource allocation decisions

Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and influence key business outcomes
n
Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement and evidence-based thinking across the organisation
n
Mentor and develop team capability in strategy, research and analytics
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Significant experience in strategy, insights, business intelligence, market research, consulting or commercial planning roles
n
Demonstrated success developing and delivering growth strategies informed by customer, market and commercial insights
n
Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, analytics platforms and performance measurement frameworks
n
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong commercial acumen
n
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
n
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
n
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences
n
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline
