As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Head Office team in Terrey Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play an important role supporting our sales function from the early opportunity stage through to after-sales resolution.
If you are highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders, this could be the ideal role for you.
About the Role
This is a key support role spanning Sales and After-Sales, working closely with our Sales, Design, and Leadership teams across the business. You will help coordinate opportunities and sales administration, act as a key point of contact for sales, after-sales and warranty matters, and ensure our CRM and internal reporting stay accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales process through accurate administration and coordination




Use Salesforce as the daily CRM tool to manage opportunities, workflow and sales records
Act as a central point of contact for sales enquiries, working towards prompt and professional resolution
Assess and action warranty claims, coordinating replacement parts and outcomes with customers, sales teams and installers
Prepare and issue quotations as required
Support the preparation of tenders, bids and proposals, managing timelines and submission deadlines
Respond to internal enquiries and maintain content libraries, templates and standard response content
Provide regular operational updates to management and assist with reporting, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are organised, take initiative and are comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter. You enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and works well with different teams and customers to achieve strong results.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with a problem-solving mindset
Experience in sales support, sales administration or after-sales/customer support
Experience with CRM/ERP systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded
High attention to detail, particularly across warranty, parts and system record accuracy
