About the Role
n
Canberra Grammar School is seeking a creative and highlyorganised Engagement Officer to help tell the stories of ourvibrant School community.
n
Working across stakeholder engagement, publications,
internalcommunications
and content creation, you will develop engagingmaterial that strengthens connection with our students,
families,colleagues,
alumni and broader community.
n
You will also support enrolment marketing, brand awareness andmajor School initiatives by creating high-quality marketing
assets,coordinating
consistent messaging and helping deliver memorableevents and campaigns.
n

About You
n
You are a creative and motivated communications professional whocombines strong storytelling skills with excellent attention todetail. You enjoy building relationships, managing multiplepriorities and contributing ideas that make a genuine impact.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in
marketing,communications,
public relations, media, or a relatedfield
n
A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
n
3–5 years' experience in a corporate or
internalcommunications
role
n
Robust writing and editing skills, with the ability totailor content for diverse audiences and purposes
n
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with
multiplestakeholders
to deliver high-quality
communicationoutcomes
n
Excellent organisational skills,



including managingmultiple projects and meeting deadlines
n
Strong digital literacy and understanding of current media,platforms, and analytics
n
A proactive, future-focused mindset and ability totranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
n
Experience in independent schools, higher education, or thenot-for-profit sector
n
Familiarity with alumni engagement, philanthropy, and
donorcommunications.
n
