We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day sheet metal operations, coordinating trades and production activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate sheet metal fabrication and installation activities.
n
Manage and allocate work to sheet metal workers and apprentices.
n
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
n
Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
n
Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets required standards.
n
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour requirements.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and other trades.
n
Provide guidance, training,



and support to team members.
n
Identify and resolve production and installation issues.
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and/or installation.
n
Previous supervisory or leading-hand experience.
n
Strong knowledge of sheet metal work, fabrication, and installation techniques.
n
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
