Swiss Concept is seeking a passionate and professional Sales Associate to join our growing team at our Sydney boutique. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the boutique's premium and sophisticated atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service tailored to individual client needs

Support daily boutique operations to ensure seamless service and success
n
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
n
Assist in developing and maintaining the client database
n
Achieve individual and team sales targets
n
Participate actively in ongoing product knowledge training and development
n

About you
n
n
Genuine passion for luxury watches and dedication to outstanding customer service
n
Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded due to our client base

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships effectively
n
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
n
Positive attitude with a strong enthusiasm for personal and skilled growth
n
Flexibility to work across our boutique trading hours, including Saturdays, as part of a rotating roster. Our current trading hours do not include Sundays or Thursday late-night trading.
