Grounds & Property Maintenance – Crew Member / Crew Leader

You'll be working across Brisbane's northside, helping keep gardens, grounds and properties looking their best. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role where you'll work as part of a crew. The role will start as casual employment, with the opportunity for the right person to move into a full-time position.

Key responsibilities
n
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
n
Garden clean-ups and hedge trimming
n
Mulching and basic landscaping
n
Blowing, weeding and rubbish removal
n
General grounds and property maintenance
n
Working as part of a crew
n
Learning and taking on additional responsibility as you develop
n
About you
n
Reliable, punctual and ready to work
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
Willing to learn and take direction
n
Able to work well as part of a team
n
Hard-working with a positive attitude
n
Good time management and common sense
n
Holds a manual driver's licence, or is working towards one
n
Previous landscaping, gardening or property maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential
n
Monday to Friday – no weekend work
n
Plenty of overtime available for those who want to earn more
n
Opportunity to move into a full-time position paying $60,000–$70,000 per year + super for the right candidate
