Brand and Client Experience Coordinator | Premium Longevity Clinic, Sydney

Key responsibilities
n

Own front of house and deliver a premium, polished client experience from first contact
n
Create and manage social content across Instagram, TikTok and beyond
n
Convert enquiries into bookings with genuine sales ability and warmth
n
Drive local marketing: community presence, partnerships, events and local outreach
n
Manage the diary, calls, client communications and clinic flow
n
Represent the brand professionally at every touchpoint, online and in person
n

About you
n

Polished, qualified and confident representing a premium brand
n
A natural communicator with demonstrable sales experience and a track record of converting and closing
n
Genuinely social‐savvy, at home creating content for Instagram and TikTok, and keen to build a brand presence
n
A personal, active interest in health and wellness,

Experience in aesthetics, hospitality, retail, events or another premium client‐facing environment is highly regarded
