We have the perfect opportunity for a mature, experienced and self-motivated person to lead our team at one of our client residential aged care facilities based in the Nowra area. If you get a sense of pride by showcasing your environmental cleaning efforts, you will relish this prospect to make a difference.

This hands-on role will see you fulfilling daily cleaning schedules to present the highest standard of cleanliness whilst maintaining infection prevention & control principles in a safe work manner. Life in an aged care facility is never dull, so there will be plenty to keep you busy.

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
n
ability to read, write and converse in English
n
a compassionate and caring manner
n
prior experience as a commercial cleaner,



or aged care worker looking to move into a new and rewarding role
n
experience in the delivery of high quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
n
capable of following safe work methods and contributing to a safe work environment for everyone
n
possess a police check, or NDIS Worker Screening Check, issued within the past three (3) years
n

You will be supported by management leadership to ensure that we deliver the best service levels, whilst complying with our obligations under the Aged Care Act ****.
