About the Role
n We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management team and take ownership of the Landlord Services function.
n This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, providing exceptional customer service and working within a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Role

Manage and maintain strong relationships with landlords
n
Provide high-level customer service and regular communication
n
Handle landlord enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
n
Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and regulations
n
Work closely with the Tenant Services and Maintenance teams
n
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
n
NO routine property inspections
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in Property Management
n
Minimum Certificate of Registration (COR) – Class 2 Licence preferred for senior-level candidates
n
Strong communication and relationship management skills
n
Excellent understanding of NSW property legislation and regulations
n
Customer service focused with a genuine people-first approach
n
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
n
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
n
A great team player who enjoys working collaboratively
n
Bilingual English/Chinese skills are preferred, but NOT essential
n
NSW Driver Licence
n
n
