This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a respected real estate business with a strong reputation for client service.

You will work within a structured pod consisting of a Senior Property Manager, Property Manager and Leasing Officer. The wider team also provides dedicated assistance with arrears, maintenance and administration.
n
This structure allows you to focus on managing relationships, resolving tenancy matters and delivering a high level of service without carrying every responsibility alone.

The role
n
n
Co-manage an established residential portfolio
n
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with dedicated back-end assistance
n
Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
n
Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
n
Monitor arrears with assistance from the wider team
n
Resolve tenancy matters and attend NCAT when required
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure legislative compliance
n
Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll
n

About you
n
n
Minimum two years of property management experience




n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Confident managing competing priorities
n
Energetic, self-motivated and team focused
n
Honest, reliable and professional
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
