Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a residential property portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of service. You'll work closely with our leasing and administration teams to keep everything running efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities
Manage tenancy agreements
Respond promptly to tenant and owner inquiries
Organize and coordinate repairs and maintenance
Ensure properties comply with relevant legislation and company policy
Conduct rent reviews and manage arrears
Prepare documentation and reports to support efficient property operations
Collaborate with leasing and administration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
About you
Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management, including lease administration, routine inspections, and tenancy management
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple properties, deadlines, and administrative tasks
Working knowledge of relevant real estate legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices in the NSW property market
Proficiency with property management software, office productivity tools, and digital record-keeping
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality client service
A driver's license and reliable transport for inspections and site visits across the Greater Sydney Area
