Commercial Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior HVAC technician stepping into a Team Leader role. You will guide a four-person technician team and 2–4 apprentices, spanning Sydney to Newcastle, handling service work and complex issues with solid leadership support from management.

You will lead scheduling, prioritise workloads, and develop apprentices while maintaining high service standards for data centres, central plant and other commercial sites.
