Typical Responsibilities

Managing high-volume inbound calls and digital inquiries, resolving customer queries efficiently and empathetically.

Delivering consistently high-quality customer service while meeting standard team benchmarks (e.g., handle times, quality assurance).
n
Navigating CRM platforms - experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly regarded.
n
Collaborating with supportive, high-energy teams to share best practices and continuous improvement ideas.

What We Look For

Previous experience in an inbound call center, high-volume customer service, or retail/hospitality environment.
n
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with solid problem-solving abilities.
n
High reliability and commitment during initial training and peak operating periods.
n
Willingness to undergo standard background checks (Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening) as required by specific clients.
