About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Sales Associate to work alongside one of South West Sydney's most successful and highly regarded agents.

With a significant annual sales pipeline, strong local profile and outstanding reputation for client service, this is an chance to learn from a proven performer while playing an important role in the continued growth of the team.

You will receive hands-on exposure across the entire sales process, including prospecting, appraisals, listing preparation, buyer management, open homes, negotiations and campaign management.

The role
n

Prospect and identify new business opportunities
n
Assist with appraisals, listing presentations and follow-up
n
Manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication
n
Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
n
Support sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
n




Maintain and grow the team's client database
n
Build relationships with local owners, buyers and prospective vendors
n
Assist with negotiations and provide feedback to vendors
n
Ensure every client receives a high level of service
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience within a real estate sales environment
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confident speaking with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Motivated by prospecting, results and career progression
n
Professional, reliable and willing to learn
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
