About the Role

Working in our General Rental division, As a Customer Service Representative at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for equipment and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a high level of customer service
n
Work with internal team to facilitate efficient hire operations
n
Attend to all customer and supplier enquiries
n
Generate hire contracts and purchase orders
n
Develop and maintain high levels of product knowledge
n
Support sales, marketing, and business development
n

About You
n

Exceptional customer service skills and well organised administration skills
n
High level of administration and computer literacy
n




Explicit communication with a professional phone manner
n
Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self‐motivated
n
Multi‐tasking in a high‐volume environment

Experience in using CRM or ERP system
