Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to join a high-performing Corporate team?
n
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong corporate or commercial legal support experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity within a professional and collaborative environment.
n
You will provide dedicated support to senior Corporate lawyers,



including Partners and fee earners, assisting with the smooth running of their practices.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
n
n
Diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and competing priorities
n
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
n
Matter management, billing and general administrative support
n
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
n
Providing high-level support to the wider Corporate team
n
n
Do you have the following skillset?
n
We are looking for proactive Legal Assistant with previous experience supporting Corporate or Commercial lawyers. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload with confidence. Previous law firm experience is essential.
