I'm currently speaking with experienced Sales Coordinators, Sales Administrators and Sales & Marketing Coordinators who are open to a new contract opportunity with an established business based in Ringwood.
n
This is a varied role supporting a busy commercial team, so it would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working across multiple priorities and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
n
You'll work closely with sales and account management teams, providing support across customer enquiries, sales administration, CRM, quotations, reporting and general coordination, with some exposure to marketing activity as well.
n
The role You'll be involved in a broad range of activities including:
n
n
Supporting sales and account management teams with day to day administration
n
Coordinating customer enquiries and following up outstanding actions
n
Assisting with quotes, proposals and tender documentation
n
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales pipeline information
n
Coordinating information between customers,



suppliers and internal teams
n
Preparing sales documentation and reports
n
Supporting marketing activity, communications, events and campaigns
n
Helping improve processes, templates and administrative workflows
n
Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in sales coordination, sales administration, commercial support or a similar role
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
n
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
n
Proactive and comfortable following up actions through to completion
n
Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
n
Ideally experienced within technology, AV, professional services or another B2B environment
n
n
The right person will be practical, commercially minded and happy to get involved across a variety of tasks rather than being restricted to one area.
