An established and successful Australian retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to leads its Carlton store.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences and taking ownership of overall store performance.

You will lead from the front, balancing sales performance, customer service, team development and day‐to‐day operations while creating a positive and high‐performing store environment.

What You'll be Responsible For

Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve individual and store targets
n
Drive sales performance and commercial results across multiple customer channels
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and key clients
n
Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and repeat business
n
Provide expert product and design advice to help customers in making confident purchasing decisions
n
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness
n
Oversee daily store operations, including stock, administration and compliance
n
Take ownership of store profitability, sales performance and operational standards
n
Lead by example and remain hands‐on across all areas of the store
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in a Store Manager,



Retail Manager or similar leadership role
n
Strong experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team
n
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and commercial KPIs
n
Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills
n
A commercially minded approach with a focus on achieving results
n
The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
n
A hands‐on leadership style and willingness to lead from the shop floor
n
A current driver's license
n
