DUTIES INCLUDE:

Collect linen and towels from apartments and common areas.
n
Sort laundry by colour, fabric type, and washing requirements.
n
Operate commercial washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently.
n
Fold, iron, and prepare clean laundry for distribution.
n
Label resident clothing and carry out minor clothing repairs when required.
n
Return clean clothing, linen, and towels to resident rooms.
n
Maintain a clean and hygienic laundry area.
n
Follow infection control and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Monitor laundry supplies and report low stock levels.
n
Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to management.
n
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and staff.
n




Assist with other laundry and housekeeping duties as required.

About You

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Team Member
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A professional, polished, and compassionate approach
n
Available to work 7.5 hours Wednesday and Friday.
n
A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
n
A current National Police Check
