We're looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join the café team at Alfresco Emporium in Collaroy. Attached to our busy lifestyle retail store and serving AllPress coffee, our café is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.
n
We're looking for someone available 4-5 days per week, Weekdays and Saturdays.
n
(Additional shifts may be available)

What we're looking for:
n
n
Can work solo on the coffee machine with speed and consistency
n
Knows how to season and adjust grinders, set up and shut down machines
n
Is available from 8:30am to 4:00pm
n
Takes pride in keeping your space clean, efficient, and customer-ready
n
Can assist with ordering non-perishables
n




Is friendly, fast, and customer-focused
n
Toasting sandwiches and wraps
n
Basic food prep and milkshake making
n
n

You must have previous barista experience and full working rights in Australia. Working holiday visa holders are welcome – but you'll need at least 12 months remaining on your visa and a genuine passion for coffee.
