The Role
n
n
Source and engage clients through various channels, including social media and referrals
n
Provide expert property advice tailored to clients' needs and investment goals
n
Guide clients through the end-to-end property purchasing process
n
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consultations
n
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n
Manage both cold and warm sales enquiries professionally
n
Liaise with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
n
Continuously develop your sales pipeline and referral network
n
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
n

Requirements
n
n
Real Estate License is required
n
Previous real estate experience required
n
Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated to succeed in a high-performance environment
n
Confident in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to build a personal brand
n
Demonstrated ability (or strong willingness) to meet sales targets and KPIs
n
Valid working rights in Australia
