We're partnering with a fast-paced, consumer-led healthcare business on Sydney's North Shore to find a Senior Finance Analyst who can own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while genuinely influencing the way the business operates.
n
This is a business going through an exciting period of growth, with real investment in its finance function and a genuine appetite for commercial partnering. You'll sit close to the operational and marketing teams, with your analysis directly informing how the business plans, forecasts, and makes decisions.

About the Role:
n
Reporting into the GM of Commercial Finance, the key responsibilities include:
n
n
Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units
n
Partner directly with operations, marketing, and senior leadership to translate financial data into clear, actionable commercial insight
n
Prepare and contribute to board-level reporting, gaining direct exposure to senior stakeholders
n
Build and maintain dashboard reporting (Power BI/SAP experience highly regarded)
n
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the numbers — and know how to communicate them in a way that drives action
n
Support scenario planning and ad hoc commercial analysis as the business scales
n
Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and reporting processes
n

About You:
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
n
n
5–8 years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or a closely related discipline
n
Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders
n
Experience within a medium-to-large, quick-paced, or consumer-facing environment (retail, FMCG, or similar considered highly favourably)
n
Confidence translating complex financial data into commercial narratives that influence decisions
n
Strong abilities to build PowerBI dashboards
n
Strong Excel/financial modelling capability
n
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
