Electronic Security Project Manager / Operations Manager

We're a established electronic security integrator, family owned and operated since ****. We need a leader to own clients and service delivery — shaped as Project Manager, Operations Manager, or a hybrid, depending on your strengths.

You will:
n
n
Own delivery of concurrent projects from handover through design, installation, commissioning, and DLP
n
Lead technicians, subcontractors, and coordinators
n
Protect margin: budgets, forecasting, variations, and contract admin
n
Manage builders, consultants, and end users on live sites
n
Drive WHS compliance, QA, and clean handovers
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
5+ years in electronic security in a PM,



operations, or senior technical role
n
Experience with Gallagher, Inner Range Integriti, Genetec, Milestone, or similar
n
NSW Security Licence (2ACD or ability to obtain) — essential
n
Commercial construction delivery experience; White Card; driver's licence
n
Cert IV/Diploma in Project Management and clearance eligibility highly regarded
n
