Job Description
Immediate start is available for an experienced AI & Automation Business Analyst to join a team delivering new AI capabilities across the organisation.
n
This role will suit a Business Analyst who has already worked in this space and can take an opportunity from discovery and use-case development through to delivery and adoption.
n
You'll bring 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience, together with demonstrated experience across AI, automation, intelligent workflows or digital transformation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop AI use cases, including problem statements, scope, expected value and success measures
n
Analyse existing processes and design future-state workflows and decision flows
n
Assess feasibility and support prioritisation of opportunities
n
Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
n
Work with technical teams across data, integrations and systems
n
Support AI governance, risk, privacy and control requirements
n
Coordinate UAT and contribute to testing, implementation and operational readiness
n
Develop adoption, training and knowledge-transfer materials
n
Track benefits, outcomes and value realised
n
Apply AI tools to enhance analysis, research and documentation
n

To be considered for this role you will need the following:
n
n
A strong understanding of generative AI and practical business applications
n
Experience identifying and shaping opportunities for automation or AI-enabled improvement
n
Strong process analysis and requirements capability
n
Experience working with technical delivery teams
n
Experience across discovery, feasibility, testing, UAT and implementation
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
n
An understanding of responsible AI, privacy, risk and governance
n
Practical experience using AI tools in your own delivery work
n
