The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Property Managers who are confident managing portfolios of approximately

and who want to work within a genuinely well-supported environment.
You will be responsible for managing approximately
********* properties pending your experience
, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients rather than administration.

About You
We are open to both
Property Managers and Senior Property Managers
who have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
You will ideally have:
Experience managing
120+ properties
Strong residential property management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach
The ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
A strong understanding of compliance, legislation and best-practice property management
A desire to work for an agency that genuinely invests in its people, systems and technology
