headspace Emerald isseeking a dynamic and community-minded Community Engagement Workerto join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be the face ofheadspace in the local community, building awareness of ourservices, fostering meaningful partnerships, and creatingopportunities for young peopleto engage early with health andwellbeing support.
Throughinnovative events, community outreach, and target engagementstartegies, you will play a key role in ensuring young people knowwhere to turn when they need help.
Whatwill a typical day look like?
Lead community engagementand awarenessactivities
Coordinate events that make a diferencefor young people
Grow headspace's presence throughsocial media and marketing
Build meaningful partnerships acrossthe local community
Promote youth wellbeing throughcreative campaigns and initiatives
Represent headspace as a trustedcommunity advocate
MandatoryRequirements:
Certificate IVHealth Promotion, Public Health, Community Development,Social/Behavioural Science, Social Work/Planning, or a relateddiscipline with relevant experience.

Demonstratedexperience working within a high-performance framework whereyou are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes,within a face-paced solutions focussed setting.

Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
