About the Role
n
We'relooking for anAssurance Analyst(Financial Crimes)to play a key role in strengthening our compliance framework and supporting our national network of members.
n
This role is central to ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly theNational Consumer Credit Protection Act **** (NCCP).You'llwork closely with lender partners, internal stakeholders, and credit representatives to resolve compliance issues, uplift capability, and drive a strong risk and compliance culture across the business. This role can be located in either Sydney or Melbourne.

WhatYou'llBe Doing

n
Investigatemisconduct
concerns acrossconsumer loan filesand minimisefraud exposure and losses.
n
Review broker files for NCCP and regulatory
compliance,identifyingrisks
and delivering practical coaching.
n
Manage and resolve compliance issues raised by lenders, audits, and regulatory reviews.
n
Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure remediation actions are implemented and effective.
n
Build strong relationships with internal teams, lenders, regulators, and industry stakeholders.




n
Develop and deliver compliance reporting, insights, and dashboards to support risk-based decision making.
n

What You'll Bring

Experience
n
n
2+ years' experience in NCCP compliance within banking or financial services.
n
Experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
n
Exposure to financial crime frameworks.
n
n
Skills
n
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Ability to influence, coach, and build rapport across all levels.
n
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Strong understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape.
