Working across a variety of mine sites throughout NSW Central Western Region, you'll play a key role in keeping light vehicle fleets safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.

About the Role
n
As a Light Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of site-based vehicle fleets in a mining environment. Your duties will include:
n
n
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing mine-site light vehicles
n
Carrying out breakdown repairs and responding to mechanical issues
n
Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance activities
n
Diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality repairs efficiently
n
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
n
Working in accordance with site safety procedures and industry best practices




n
Collaborating with a skilled maintenance team while also working autonomously
n
n

What We're Looking For
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
n
Certificate of Proficiency
n
Previous mining, heavy industry, or fleet maintenance experience (highly regarded)
n
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills
n
Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
n
A commitment to protected work practices and maintaining high standards
