Work Rights Required Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio

Select great tenants, manage leases,



and run regular property inspections Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople Prepare owner statements, conduct market appraisals, and recommend rental adjustments
n
Deliver high-standard client service and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants Skills & Experience Required: Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

2+ years of residential portfolio management experience Current driver's licence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with solid dispute resolution abilities
