Job Description
Newcastle Anglican are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join its aged care facilities in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie in permanent part time roles . You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.

About you?
n
n
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
n
Be flexible to work a range of shift morning, afternoon and night
n
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
n
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
n
Effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to accurately document residents care/progress
n
Current drivers licence + own reliable vehicle
n
Willingness to undergo a functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
n
Current NDIS Check
n
National Police Check (the Diocese will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
