About the Role

We are seeking two motivated and customer-focused Registry Officers to join a busy tribunal workplace in Sydney CBD.

In this role, you will provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to ensure the efficient operation of registry services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical records.

Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation.
n
Support day-to-day registry and tribunal operations.
n
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
n
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.

Have demonstrated experience providing administrative and clerical support.
