Splitting your time between our CBD and Frenchs Forest offices, as People Partner for our Media & Trading teams at Tabcorp, you'll work at the intersection of commercial outcomes, workforce complexity and leadership capability. Supporting a dynamic portfolio with award-covered and shift-based workforces, you'll help strengthen decision making, build leadership confidence and shape a positive employee experience across a rapid-paced part of the business.

Your role, your impact
n
Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across Media & Trading, balancing strategic people partnering with specialist employee and industrial relations expertise. You will play a critical role in delivering contemporary people solutions, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting organisational change, workforce planning and talent strategies while helping build high-performing teams and a positive employee experience.

Specifically, you will;
n
n
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
n
Provide expert advice on awards, rostering, legislation and employee relations
n
Coach leadersand develop capability, through complex people matters and decisions
n
Support workforce change initiatives with practical people solutions
n
Strengthen compliance while enabling strong commercial and people outcomes
n
Build trusted partnerships to influence decision-making and drive high-performing cultures.

What you'll need to succeed
n
n
You bring strong commercial judgement, a collaborative approach and the confidence to influence across different leadership levels.
n
Proven experience in a similar Partner, Senior HR Advisor,



or Employee Relations focused role.
n
Experience in employee and industrial relations advisory
n
Strong capability interpreting awards and employment legislation
n
Proven ability influencing leaders in complex environments
n
Experience supporting workforce change and consultation processes
n
Ability to balance compliance, risk and commercial outcomes
n
Strong stakeholder relationships and solution-focused mindset
n
Willingness to spend time in both our CBD and Frenchs Forest based offices
n
