About the Opportunity:
n
Tokio Marine is currently seeking a Junior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team and support the cyber security team in day‐to‐day cyber assurance and operations activities.
n
You will support senior member in the cyber security team to manage cyber assurance activities, including third‐party security assessment, SLA governance and access review.
n
The role is designed for early‐career professionals seeking to build skills in identity and access management, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
n
Whilst being a contributor to the continuous improvement of TMMA's security posture.
n
Key responsibilities are:
n
n
Support and administer identity and access governance activities.
n
Provide security governance and compliance support for internal and external audit requests.
n
Assist in third‐party security assessments and SLA governance activities.
n
Support cyber security systems administration and cyber assurance processes.
n
Familiar with risk assessment process and the principle of identity management
n
Participate in change approval reviews, including AI security, security testing.
n
Assist with vulnerability and patch management activities.
n
Contribute to threat intel handling, incident response and escalation under supervision.
n
Support process documentation and improvement initiatives.
n
Maintain awareness of IT and security best practices, including ISO ***** and NIST.
n
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on basic security topics.
n

About You:
n
As our preferred candidate, you will have:
n
n
Exposure to general IT support or security operations through internships or entry‐level positions
n
Familiar with penetration testing and risk assessment processes
n
Relevant tertiary degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or Information Technology
n
Security-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) highly desirable
n
Knowledge of Cyber best practice, including relevant industry standards within Insurance and/or Finance sector
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Be agile and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
n
You will have strong time management and problem‐solving skills
n
