Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the D'Aguilar Range in Samford Valley, Cat's Meow Cattery is a five-star luxury cat boarding retreat offering a true home away from home.

The role will include:

Managing and confirming client bookings
n
Welcoming customers and checking cats in and out
n
Finalising bookings and processing payments
n
Responding to phone and customer enquiries
n
Maintaining accurate booking and customer information
n
Supporting the wider cattery team during busy periods
n
n
We're looking for someone who:

Genuinely loves cats!
n
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Is meticulous, organised and has a keen eye for detail
n
Has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
n
Is professional,



courteous and reliable
n
Is a genuine team player who has their own reliable transport
n
Can work flexibly during our opening hours on site in Samford Valley
n

Hours will generally range from ***** hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during peak periods.
