OVIAL INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD – Gladstone QLD is seeking a skilled Baker to join our busy bakery producing breads, cakes, pies and pastries. You will prepare and bake a wide variety of products using industrial ovens and mixers, while training junior staff and upholding strict hygiene.
Key duties include measuring, mixing, kneading dough, shaping loaves and pastries, monitoring baking times, decorating finished goods and maintaining clean, protected production areas.
