About the Role
n
As a Fertility Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.



Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert clinical care, emotional support, and education to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures
n
Scheduling fertility procedures and overseeing the day to day running of our in-house procedure rooms.
n
Supporting patients throughout their procedures with empathy and professionalism
n
Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate clinical records
n
Assisting with fertility procedures, including egg collections, and embryo transfers and IUI's.
n
Educating patients about treatments, medications, and next steps in their care
n
Maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, and clinical excellence
n
Collaborating with fertility specialists, nurses, scientists, and administrative teams to optimise patient outcomes
n
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
n
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best-practice fertility care
n
n
About You
n
You are a caring and motivated nurse who thrives in a patient-centred environment and enjoys being part of a team committed to making a difference.
n
You will bring:
n
n




Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
n
Experience in a clinical nursing environment, ideally in fertility, women's health, gynaecology, reproductive health, or a related specialty
n
Experience working in a theatre or procedural setting
n
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence when supporting patients through what can be a challenging and deeply personal journey
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Confidence using electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
n
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
