Grampians Health in Ballarat invites ED nurses to join the Next Step Program ****—a supported development prospect to build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and expand knowledge for caring for increasingly complex patients.
The program includes six paid face-to-face study days, comprehensive workbooks, anatomy and physiology education across major systems, pathophysiology, clinical reasoning and patient assessment workshops, with mentorship from experienced ED educators.
