About the Role As a PCA, you'll be providing personal care, companionship,



and support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria
n
n
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
n
At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
n
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver's licence is advantage
n
Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
n
Current Police Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives
n
n
Desirable Attributes
n
n
Empathetic and patient with strong communication skills
n
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
n
Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments
n
Committed to ongoing professional development
