NOW HIRING: Casual Fitness Coach

The BFT Coach is the respected face of our business!
n
They're an integral part of each and everything we do and critical to the growth of our member base - from making members feel welcome to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts. Our Coaches play an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.
n
As our Coach at BFT Reservoir, you will be responsible for delivering pre-designed group training sessions based on sports science. You will lead, execute, and create high-level member experiencesand relationships for our members at BFT Reservoir.
n
You will maintain a strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, teach proper techniques, and handle member concerns to ensure a safe and effective fitness experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential members and facilitating the sale of studio memberships to support business expansion.
n
The right applicant will have the opportunity to work ***** hours per week. The hours for this role will vary throughout the week but will be consistent week to week.

ABOUT YOU

You need to be fun,



energetic and motivating with a love for health and fitness! Are you passionate and encouraging to help others reach their goals?

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
n
n
Certificate 3 in Group Fitness AND Certificate 4 in Personal Training
n
BFT experience ideally
n
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coaching role - preferably group training
n
Flexibility is important - must be able to take on PM shifts & Saturday
n
Ability to build an awesome member community
n
Experience in strength and conditioning training
n
Experience in fitness coaching or a similar role and deliver fitness classes
n
Experience in driving sales and membership growth
n
Assist in Sales calls to leads and member retention
n
