About the Role
n
We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Specialist to join our Brendale based team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the go-to expert for product advice, order processing, and sales support. You'll work closely with our external sales reps and warehouse team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries and process customer orders
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and industrial clients
n
Provide accurate product recommendations and technical advice
n
Monitor stock levels, conduct price comparisons, and support purchasing
n
Keep up to date with industry trends and share valuable insights with customers

About You
n
You're an enthusiastic sales qualified with a passion for industrial products and customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.

You'll Bring

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar internal sales or trade counter role
n
Knowledge of fasteners and industrial supplies is a desirable
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities

Confidence using computer systems and sales platforms

A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
