This is a great opportunity for a motivated Construction Cadet to join a growing remedial builder in Brisbane. This is an excellent prospect for a construction student or recent graduate looking to gain broad commercial exposure and develop into a Project Manager over the course of their career.
Year 1 - Estimating
Work closely with the estimating team across live tenders and pricing.
Assist with take-offs, scope reviews, subcontractor packages and tender submissions.
Develop an understanding of project costs, procurement and how projects are won.
Project Delivery - Junior CA
Transition into the project team and work closely with a Project Manager.
Gain hands-on experience across contracts administration and project delivery.
Assist with variations, progress claims, procurement, subcontractor management and project documentation.
Develop an understanding of how a project is managed from award through to completion.
About You
Construction Management, Building or Quantity Surveying degree/diploma,



or currently studying.
Ideally some previous construction experience through internships, cadetships or site work.
Strong interest in developing a long-term career in construction.
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Ambitious and motivated to progress into a Project Management position.
