You must:
Be
highly organized
and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly
Have

and an eye for detail
Be confident using
Excel, Word,



PDFs, and general computer systems
Communicate clearly both in writing and face-to-face
Have a
caring and professional nature
, able to handle occasional challenges calmly
Be available for
full days
(some shifts finishing at 6–7:30pm)
Skilled
experience
in on phones us a must. A
ministration, reception, or quality customer service (minimum 2–3 years)
is required. Dental Reception or Assisting experience is a bonus, but not essential, we're happy to train the right person with the right work ethic.
The Role
Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
Handling phone calls, payments, and appointment bookings
Assisting with payment plans and patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and team across daily clinic operations
Helping keep our shared spaces running smoothly and professionally
