Your new companyJoin a respected healthcare organisation during a critical period of executive support. This short-term opportunity (approximately 1–2 months) requires a highly experienced C-suite Executive Assistant to provide seamless support at CEO, Board and Executive Leadership level. Working in a quick-paced and purpose-driven healthcare environment, you will act as a trusted business partner, managing complex priorities, supporting governance functions and ensuring the Executive Office operates with efficiency and professionalism. Your new role
Provide exceptional executive support to the CEO and senior executives, managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, correspondence and competing priorities.
Act as a trusted business partner and gatekeeper, managing highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Lead all Board and Committee administration, including preparing Board papers, agendas, minutes, governance documentation and meeting coordination.
Develop and manage executive reporting packs, briefing papers, presentations and strategic documentation for senior leadership and Board meetings.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Teams, government representatives and external partners.
Manage executive and board meeting schedules, ensuring timely follow-up of actions, decisions and governance requirements.
Provide support across strategic projects, organisational initiatives and executive priorities.
Prepare high-level communications, presentations,
reports and confidential correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
Oversee executive expenses, approvals and budget administration.
Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, enhancing workflows and implementing best-practice executive support processes.
Build strong relationships across the organisation while serving as a key liaison between the Executive Office, Board and key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience supporting CEOs, Executive Directors, Board Chairs, C-suite executives or Executive Leadership Teams.
Demonstrated experience providing high-level Board and governance support, including Board papers, agenda preparation, governance reporting and minute-taking.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with senior executives, Board Directors and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines and highly complex schedules.
Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate executive needs while exercising sound judgement and initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations and correspondence.
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
A highly professional, polished and resilient approach, with a proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Previous experience supporting senior executives within healthcare, hospitals, aged care, community health, disability, not-for-profit or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and add value from day one in a short-term assignment.
