Working closely with the Principal Doctors, you will play a key role in ensuring both practices operate efficiently, remain compliant, and continue to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role
n
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of both clinics, including:
n
n
Leading, mentoring and supporting our administration team.
n
Managing staff rosters, recruitment, onboarding and performance.
n
Overseeing the daily operations of both practices to ensure effective workflow.
n
Managing accreditation, quality improvement activities and compliance.
n
Coordinating MyMedicare, eHealth, PIP/WIP and other government programs.
n
Monitoring Medicare and MBS updates to ensure billing compliance.
n
Managing accounts, banking, payroll support and debtors.
n




Organising practice meetings and implementing operational improvements.
n
Working collaboratively with doctors to achieve practice goals.
n
Resolving patient concerns professionally and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and overall practice performance.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior medical administration leadership role.
n
At least 2 years' experience working within a general practice or specialist medical practice.
n
Strong working knowledge of Best Practice software.
n
Excellent understanding of Medicare, MBS billing, WorkCover, MyMedicare and general practice operations.
n
Experience with accreditation and quality improvement programs.
n
Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills.
n
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
