The Opportunity
n
Join a highly regarded structural consultancy in North Sydney and take ownership of diverse building projects across commercial, residential, and mixed‐use sectors.
n
You'll lead the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures from concept through to construction while collaborating closely with architects, builders, and services engineers.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading structural design and analysis for concrete and steel buildings
n
Delivering practical and economical solutions to engineering challenges
n
Preparing designs, documentation, reports, and specifications for projects of moderate complexity
n
Coordinating with architects, builders, and services engineers on design issues
n
Producing client reports and ensuring compliance with codes, WHS practices, and QA standards
n
Checking work completed by other engineers and mentoring where required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; CPEng desirable
n
Experience in designing a range of building types within engineering design consultancies
n
Strong experience in concrete and steel design to Australian Standards
n
Proficiency in Etabs, SpaceGass, RAM, and RAPT
n
Experience with PT floors and lateral analysis
n
Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
n
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and documentation)
n
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
n
