Position: Full time / Part time Trainer and Assessor (Clinical Skills)

Location: Aspley, Brisbane

Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week (negotiable)

We are currently looking for motivated and supportive Trainers and Assessors to teach in one or more of the following areas:
n
n
allied health;
n
primary health care;
n
pathology
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Deliver training and assessment to students, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
n
Use a variety of teaching techniques and styles that are appropriate for the subject matter.
n
Ensure adherence to adult learning principles and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations *****)



to help students achieve required learning outcomes.
n
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with students to support their progress.
n
Prepare and submit all required documentation within specified timeframes.
n
Provide regular feedback and progress reports to Health Industry Training staff as needed.
n
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
n
Relevant industry experience in areas such as an nursing, Indigenous health, allied health and pathology.
n
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
n
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with an enthusiastic and approachable manner.
n
Excellent computer and organisational abilities.
n
A genuine passion for education and the development of students in the health sector.
