Full-time stability: Salary position with holiday pay, sick pay & super. Package circa $115k - $145K

About the Role
n
As their new Landscape Foreman, you'll take charge of some of Brisbane's most exciting residential landscaping projects. Leading a skilled and passionate crew, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from site prep to the final softscapes, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site
n
Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls
n
Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and
irrigationInterpret
and implement landscape plans
n
Communicate with clients and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery
n
Train and mentor crew members
