BlueCare Bundaberg is seeking a Central Kitchen Manager to lead the Bundaberg Central Production Kitchen, delivering high-quality Cook Chill meals for residents across two facilities. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting up to 650 meals per day.
You'll partner with the Resident Experience Manager to develop nutritious menus, coach kitchen teams, manage procurement and stock, and monitor KPIs.
