Lotus Commercial Lotus Commercial Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Queensland team. In this role, you will develop maintenance planning strategies, and schedule, coordinate and monitor the maintenance of plant equipment (commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems). You will establish and optimise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SimPRO), and support reliable service delivery across our customers' assets.

Task & responsibilities
n
n
Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies for commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation plant and equipment
n
Schedule, coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
n
Create, maintain and optimise maintenance programs and job plans within the SimPRO CMMS, including asset data and maintenance strategies
n
Analyse maintenance data to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime
n
Plan and coordinate resources to support the effective delivery of maintenance activities
n
Monitor maintenance performance and prepare regular performance reports and analysis
n

Qualification & experience
n
n
Relevant Diploma or higher qualification in a related field (e.g. maintenance management, engineering or related field), or at least three years of equivalent relevant experience in maintenance planning
n
Proven experience in a maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling or maintenance engineering role
n
Strong proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SimPRO or equivalent)
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
