As the face of the business, you'll bring energy, vision, and commercial smarts - building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and setting the strategy for future success.

Your new role
n
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will:

Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
n
Deliver outstanding customer service, advice, and tailored solutions.
n
Manage systems and processes to consistently exceed targets.
n
Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
n
Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, and logistics.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership.
n
Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
n
Natural leadership qualities with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
n




A commercial mindset - able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
n
